Drops

Before the freezing temperatures and snow storms, there was water dripping off the roof on to the trash can.  I managed to get an "action" shot of the drop hitting the top of the can.  You can click on any of my pictures, but it's really worth clicking on this one....if you are excited by drops of water hitting trash can lids.

There are more fascinating pictures of water in its infinite forms at Watery Wednesday.

Great photo. Way to catch it. We had drops falling in our office at school. Melting snow found a hole in the roof down through the ceiling.

I think that is fascinating! I have never tried to capture the drips in action! One to try next summer, when we have liquid water again!!

That was so cool. You are right about clicking on the picture. It is a totally different picture. i would never have been able to hold the camera that still.

I am unaccountably excited about raindrops hitting trash can lids! Also, have to report how expansive your header shot of that bridge makes me feel every time I visit your blog.

That is a super neat picture, Loran... I did enlarge it---and you can REALLY see the drops. How NEAT.

Who would've thunk a trash can lid could make an exciting shot. But it's great! Really a fine capture of the droplet spray.
