My husband has back problems. One of his disks started acting up about six weeks ago. After four weeks off he made it back to work but today was the first day he felt up to going for a walk around our "neighborhood."
Obviously today is cloudy but the mist is cool.

Is it true that good fences make good neighbors?

A lovely look at your world as always, Loran! Love that tiny spot of bright color and the mist over the mountains! Beautiful views! Hope your husband is feeling better soon. Bad backs are the pits!! Hope you both have a lovely week!

Hi Loran, Sorry about your hubby's back problems. Hopefully, he is gradually improving since he got to go for a walk.
Your place looks like winter is almost upon you.. We still haven't had our first freeze --but they say it may come this weekend. The Roses have been gorgeous --so I hate to see them leave us for the winter.
Beautiful pictures...
Hugs,
Betsy
Nice that you two could get out for a walk surrounded by the beauty of fall.
Looks like you had a great hike. I really need to get out again. I have not hiked or walked much sinch my husband's eye surgery. I really need to get back out there.
Hi Loran, I like the spots of color and the perspective in your photos. I hope your husband's back continues to feel better.
I'm sorry to hear about your husband's back problems. I hope he is now on the road to recovery. Thanks for taking us along on your hike through your beautiful part of the world.
I love the fence photo! Your neighbourhood looks most attractive, a great place to walk your dogs.
So glad that he is better and up to a walk in your neighbourhood, incidentally one I would gladly share.
i really like open and nature views in combination, just like them...

It is hard when our bodies betray us, especially with all of that beautiful landscape calling.
I'm sorry to hear about Gary's back problems. Hope he's feeling better each day. With the beautiful views from your home, at least he had something interesting to look at while he recovered.
I hope that your husband's back somehow gets better. Great photos. You have a nicer neighborhood than mine to walk in.
