Sawtooth Mountain

This unique mountain top is to the northwest of our house.  The ridges resembles the tines of a saw, hence the name.  Our next door neighbors own Sawtooth Saddle.  They make beautiful and authentic western style saddles from the bottom up, all custom design and hand tooled.

That is a unique mountain. I'm surprised I don't remember seeing it. But, cool to see it now anyway.

That's such a unique mountain profile. I see it sometimes from a long way off and can tell my directions that way. (Otherwise, I'm hopeless, directionally speaking!)

The mountain is definitely named aptly. Very interesting!

Please be so kind to remember to put your country after your name when you link from the My World site. I fixed it for you today.

Thanks so much for sharing this unusual mountain with us!

I can live vicarously by looking at mountains--though it's even better to get out there and scramble them.

It's an impressive and beautiful mountain! Sawtooth Saddle! Does that mean that there's a lot of horseriding? Also something that's hardly seen here.Every body has a bike.

What an awesome view to have!

My husband's grandfather was a master saddlemaker. One of his saddles is in Robert Redford's private collection.
