Janie and I must be on the same wavelength, or else we both just like wildflowers. There are so many in the desert! I imagine we'll be posting claret cups simultaneously as well.
These are very tiny little flowers that look like wild strawberries but I don't think they are.
One of my favorites, Indian Paintbrush.
For more macro shots, check out Macro Monday (hopefully Lisa has time to put it together.)

Great shots of some beauties. Yes, I'm sure we are on the same wavelength when it comes to wildflowers!
Pleasing floral treat!
Thanks for sharing.
I love wildflowers! They are strong and beautiful. Have a great week :).
Beautiful wildflowers!
Beautiful and serene! Treasures of nature!
Oh Loran, I love the Indian Paintbrush. We had it when I lived in Texas. In April every year, we'd drive to the hill country (Brenham area) to see the wildflowers..
There would be fields and fields of Texas Bluebonnets and Indian Paintbrush.. There was another little whitish wildflower--but I can't remember its name right now... We always had such a great time seeing these wildflowers.
Beautiful pictures.
Hugs,
Betsy
