A few weeks ago we hiked up high to get this wonderful view and admire all the wildflowers. Sometimes exertion is worth it. Nature's garden is my favorite but I do enjoy manicured gardens as well. To enjoy an infinite variety of blooms from all around the world, check out Today's Flowers and celebrate its first anniversary!

Lovely columbines! Mine are pink and yellow but I really like these in white.
Wow, what a gorgeous vista!
Beautiful! Somehow, it makes me feel cooler just to look at these photos. Thanks!
Beautiful pictures of the columbine growing near the rocks! WOW! That's an incredible view!
What a great view. Yes, sometimes we have to make an extra effort to enjoy the beauty of natures. The columbines are beautiful.

I've never seen these outside of a garden, so this is a revelation. As always, the wild variety is sweeter than the bigger cultivated one.
I do love the little wildflowers and the Columbine is spectacular. MB
Gorgeous columbines -- the true harbinger of spring in the midwest. Thanks for the hike and the photos!
So lovely to see them growing wild.
They're beautiful! There's nothing like natural beauty in the wild!
