We all wish for longer bigger lens. :)I think you caught this osprey quite well. Love the ripples and grass and rock in the water. My post is here: Carletta’s Captures.
Bigger lens or no bigger lens you have captured a wonderful shot. It is also a beautifully composed photo and I love it.
I'd love a better, zoomier lens, too. Great capture of the osprey and his nest.
Yup ... I feel that way too, but we work with what we have. Your watery osprey photo is wonderful! I'm sharing a watery photo my sister took in South Bend, Washington at Small Reflections this week ;--)Hugs and blessings,
Looks like a perfect place for a nest, Loran... Even without a long lens--the picture is GREAT.Hugs,Betsy
The picture is super...big lens or not.Sunny :)
Great shot of the nest. Our ospreys nest in trees, so this is really novel for me to see them on a pillar of rock.
And I wish I had seen that osprey with my lens nearby! It looks like a lovely scene.
i love this photo...you've captured the natural beauty of nature with your current lens.:P
I enlarged your photo and it is a wonderful view of the osprey sitting on the edge of the nest. Nice shot :)
The osprey is caught just fine and your whole photo is a pleasure on the eye. Thanks for sharing.
What gorgeous photos you capture! It is fascinating to see such a different landscape from our flat country here in coastal northeast Florida. The osprey photo is wonderful, and it's fun to see the Red Canyon from above and within. I'm glad to have found your blog (via Bill S.'s blog).
Cool picture. I love those natural stone pillars all Oregon coast like. And the nest and Osprey on top, well, top it off. :)
I love ospreys. and your photo is great and when you click on it to make it larger it is even better.Good job!!!
