I can (just! getting up in the morning isn't my forte) see why you'd get up to go there at dawn. I can imagine that a few minutes there would be an amazingly relaxing and grounding start to the day.
What a tranquil place - I would visit, too. By the way, Skipper is quite cute (oh - I mean regal!). I can barely keep up with my own Facebook page - how does he manage with all his other doggly duties?

Beautiful scenic pond, I can see why you would enjoy the place.
I drive by my old house probably every other time I visit my home area, but this is worth a lot of driving by. So pretty!
What a fun spot to have had nearby! I love that beautiful sunset(rise?)!
What a pretty pond! I love that second shot.
Looks like it would be a good place to visit often. I have some special places I return to over and over
i completely understand why you love the pond...beautiful capture.

I can see why you return to this beautiful place. It looks so peaceful at sunrise.
Places we have loved often remain dear to us.
Oh, the beauty of early morning walks - until the snow gets two feet deep. Beautiful pictures of the early morning light.
