...from a different point of view. The spectacular sunset in my previous post lit up the shore of the reservoir with a wonderful golden glow. Standing in one place was like bearing witness to two different worlds. I just love nature.

Aweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee. One can enjoy a sunset from many angles. That is a great picture.

Amazing what a difference direction makes. Love the golden glow.
My Caddy trip was without permission also. LOL!
Me too, love nature! Your photo is fantastic, that glow on the shore is fabulous, this whole photo is just perfect :)))
I always take more than one shot of somewhere from different angles and times. Here's why. Such terrific clear light with this.
Fabulous! and, yes, one can indeed enjoy a sunset from many different angles! I do love the golden glow of this one!
Have a lovely weekend!

You're not kidding, it IS like 2 different worlds. WoW! That sums it up perfectly!
These are both great posts, the light is so different in this view, golden here and almost monochrome in the others.
A lovely photo, thank you for sharing. Now, I'll be humming "Many Rivers to Cross" all afternoon!
The dark sky and the dark lake really frame that golden glow!
Great light and colours - and so entirely different from the sunset side.
Your two pics really flesh out the meaing of "standpoint epistemology." Nature is like that, full of the dialectical views that our simple view imposes on it...
this is an awesome capture...love the dark of the water against the light glow of the shoreline
have a wonderful weekend.
Nice setting. The timing and angle is perfect. Well done!
Have a good weekend.

Yes, it's always looking at all the angles of a beautiful scene. Great glow in that photo! Hope you have a fun weekend.
Great picture. The low sun sure brightens up the berm around the water in a lovely crescent.
The view is special but the words of St. Augustine really add to the experience.
That lighting is spectacular and those dramatic clouds really pop out even more in that final glow of the sun...
Nice view and shot.
This is the sort of light that lights up my life as your photo has just done.
What great light!
Beautiful image!
I never get tired of sunsets and try often to capture them :)
Beautiful!! All of the photos of this sunset are great.
What a difference - night and day. A great reminder to look at more than one angle of the shot, and not always the most obvious one.
