Morning Chores

Sometimes I feel a little growly about doing morning chores, but not today!

I stepped outside and the birds were chirping.  (They are blended in the aspen tree, enlarge if you wish.)

Arlo is the picture of contentment because.....

The SUN is shining in a BLUE sky!

The llamas are ready for breakfast.

I didn't even mind hauling in the wood.  I could hear a pack of coyotes yipping for joy this morning too.

That's My World this beautiful morning!  How's yours looking today?

A beautiful world to wake up to! I wouldn't growl, either.

It's nice to be outside under the sun, isn't it? We're in SL today, and it's warm and sunny here, too.

Loran, what a beautiful day to be alive. Good thing no growlies. All the animals look happy. Great captures of your snowy world under a clear blue sky.

Isn't it amazing what sunshine and blue sky can do for our spirts! (Looks as though it works with animals, too.)

I really am quite covetous of your llamas, although I suspect that your paddocks are better suited to them than a suburban front gardan... However, the picture of your cat makes me think that if there's such a thing as reincarnation...

I know exactly how you feel, Loran... Last Sunday--after our snow--the sun came out.. It was so refreshing and so satisfying... We LOVED it.

Now--here's the bad news. It's been over a week since that Sunday--and guess what???? No more sunshine after that day!!!!! NONE!!! NOTTA!!! And--more rain/snow is on the way tonight. Gads!!!

Hugs,
Betsy

That sun had to make the cold toes and fingertips you got totally worth it. I love the Arlo picture.

Wonderful shots Loran. Cute pets and the llamas are awesome...so do you call that llama lane?...They make lanes just like my Dad's sheep used to do. You sure live in some beautiful country...such a nice wakeup call, sun on the hills and snow.
You are truly blessed

Great pictures and a great post. My wife says I growly after surgery. Who wouldn't be - somebody just invaded the body.

It would be a positive joy to be doing chores outside on such a day.

I think it would be hard to be 'growly' in such a beautiful part of the world. I really like your pictures.

I do love going out to feed the animals in the morning. There's a special peace in the air at sunrise. Beautiful photos of your world!
